What is FlirtChat?

FlirtChat is a social connection application developed by NATHANS MAD PTY LTD, currently in development. It is designed for adults aged 18 and over. More details will be available when the app launches.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. Email us at hello@nathansmad.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.

What data does NATHANS MAD PTY LTD collect?

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy. This covers both website data and app-specific data for FlirtChat.

How do I report a bug or technical issue?

How do I report inappropriate content or a user?

Use the in-app report button on any profile or message, or email us at hello@nathansmad.com. We take all reports seriously and aim to review them within 24 hours.

What is your refund policy for in-app purchases?

All in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. Please contact the relevant app store for refund requests. For subscription cancellations, manage these through your device's subscription settings.

Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

To request deletion, email hello@nathansmad.com with subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
